Editor, Ayşegül Ersin | Istanbul Homes ®
I was born in Antalya, a beautiful coastal town in Turkey, in 1992. I moved to Eskişehir for my university education in 2010. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree from Anadolu University as a philologist and a teacher of Turkish Language and Literature in 2014. Then I started my master's degree in Modern Turkish Literature at my university in 2016. During these years, I stayed as an Erasmus student for a one-semester in Szeged, a small city of Hungary, and traveled many countries in Europe. During my university education, I worked in different fields such as Education, Sales, and Social Media&Communications. I also worked as a translator and editor on various projects of universities and publishing houses on the old Turkish language and literature, and Women’s Studies. For years, I have been conducting research on gender and women’s rights, which are very important issues to me and are also relevant to my thesis. I have been working as an editor at Antalya Homes since my graduation. I’m glad to work with the innovator and productive team. I can speak English and Turkish.
