Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Oversee property listings across CMS, short-term rental platforms, and local portals, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
• Evaluate the performance of short-, mid-, and long-term rental portfolios and identify areas for growth.
• Coordinate with investors who own properties in different cities and countries, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Handle customer inquiries from Tekce.com and various rental platforms, involving relevant teams or partners when required.
•Regularly review AI-based rental price suggestions and conduct comparative market analyses.
• Create strategies to strengthen the market position of listed properties.
• Implement dynamic pricing models during high-demand periods and special occasions.
• Adjust pricing policies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering portfolio results, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor occupancy rates and transaction timelines to improve overall performance.
• Present structured reports and insights to senior management.
•Work closely with Area Supervisors and Portfolio Supervisors to manage check-in/check-out processes and reservation updates.
• Coordinate with Trade Supervisors, Operations Supervisors, and related teams to maintain operational flow.
• Support effective collaboration across rental and sales processes to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Required Background
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
