Job Description

A real estate agent works as a link between sellers and buyers. A real estate agent helps buyers market and buy property at a fair price under safe and reliable terms.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accompany buyers during the property viewing tour.
• Advise clients about the property they visit and its value.
• Give purchase offers to buyers.
• Identify the needs and money resources of customers. Propose solutions that fit these needs.
• Advise customers on market conditions, negotiation, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Prepare the necessary paperwork, for example contracts.
• Know the real estate market.
• Make lists of properties for sale. Include the location, features, and images of each property.
• Review purchase contracts. Make sure that all terms are met.
• Deal with customers in a fair and honest way.

• Have basic knowledge of the Internet, Windows, and MS Office.
• Have flexible working hours.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Working Hours (GMT+3)

08:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday.
10:00 – 15:00, Saturday.
