Real Estate Agent Job Description
A Real Estate Agent acts as a professional intermediary between buyers and sellers. Their responsibilities include assisting clients in marketing, buying, and selling properties, ensuring transactions are completed at the right price and under the most favorable and trustworthy conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Guide buyers during property tours and showings
- Advise clients on property suitability, value, and potential investment
- Present purchase offers to interested buyers
- Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to suggest the best options
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing, negotiations, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market
- Create detailed property listings with features, location, and visuals
- Review purchase agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are properly met
- Promote fair, transparent, and ethical dealings throughout every transaction
