English-Speaking Real Estate Agent Role
We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our team in İstanbul, Cevizlibağ. You’ll guide clients through the property search and purchase process, helping them find the perfect home at the best price and terms while providing expert advice every step of the way.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accompany clients on property viewings and tours
- Present purchase offers and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable options
- Guide market trends, pricing, negotiations, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation, including contracts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market
- Create detailed property listings with location, features, and images
- Review purchase agreements to ensure compliance with terms
- Ensure transparent, fair dealings with all clients
Required Background:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team player
- Motivated to build a long-term career with us
- Basic proficiency with the Internet, Windows, and MS Office
- Flexible and adaptable with working hours
- Valid driver’s license required
- Fluent in English
