Arabic-Speaking Real Estate Agent Role

Our team in Göztepe, İstanbul is looking for a Real Estate Agent. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, walking buyers through every stage of their property acquisition journey to match them with their ideal home at the most favorable prices and under the most favorable conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Guide clients on property viewings and tours
• Submit purchase offers and conduct negotiations on the client’s behalf
• Evaluate buyers' preferences and financial capacity to present suitable options
• Advise clients on local market dynamics, pricing, negotiations, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation, including contracts
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market
• Create detailed property listings with location, features, and images
• Examine sales agreements to guarantee strict adherence to all terms and conditions
• Ensure transparent, fair dealings with all clients

Required Background:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team player
• Ambition to grow and establish a lasting career within our organization
• Basic proficiency with the Internet, Windows, and MS Office
• Flexible with working hours
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional fluency in Arabic alongside strong English proficiency
