English-Speaking Real Estate Agent Role

Our Göztepe, İstanbul office is seeking an English-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our professional team. In this position, you will work closely with international and local clients, understand their property requirements, and guide them through the buying process from the initial consultation to the completion of the transaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and understand their property requirements
• Present suitable properties based on clients' preferences and budgets
• Organize and conduct property viewings and inspection tours
• Prepare purchase offers and support clients throughout negotiations
• Provide accurate information about properties, locations, prices, and market conditions
• Follow the sales process and coordinate communication between clients and relevant parties
• Prepare property listings with accurate descriptions, images, and location details
• Keep client and property information updated in the company’s systems
• Follow current real estate market trends and developments
• Maintain professional, transparent, and long-term relationships with clients

Required Background:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional fluency in English
• Customer-oriented and confident in communicating with different types of clients
• Motivated to develop a long-term career in international real estate
• Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Internet, Windows, and MS Office applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
• Valid driver's license
