Real Estate Agent Job Description

TEKCE is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will serve as a key connector between sellers and buyers, helping clients navigate the property market. You will assist buyers throughout their search and purchasing journey, ensuring they secure the ideal property at competitive prices and with dependable, favorable terms.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accompanying buyers on property viewings
• Advising clients on the relevance and value of properties
• Presenting purchase offers to interested buyers
• Assessing clients’ needs and financial situation to suggest appropriate solutions
• Guiding clients on market trends, pricing, negotiations, mortgages, legal procedures, and related topics
• Preparing necessary documentation such as contracts
• Staying informed about the real estate market
• Creating property listings with details like location, features, and images
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are fulfilled
• Conducting all transactions with honesty and integrity
