Korean Speaking Real Estate Agent – Join Our Growing Team

TEKCE is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to become part of our energetic team. In this role, you will act as a key connector between sellers and buyers, helping clients navigate the property market. Your duties will involve assisting buyers throughout the search and purchasing journey, ensuring they secure the ideal property with favorable terms and at the best value.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guiding clients through property viewings and tours.
• Offering professional insights on the value and suitability of properties.
• Presenting and explaining purchase proposals to prospective buyers.
• Assessing clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend appropriate options.
• Advising clients on market trends, pricing, negotiations, mortgage options, legal procedures, and related aspects.
• Preparing and managing all necessary documentation, including contracts.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.
• Compiling property listings with detailed information such as location, features, and photos.
• Reviewing sales agreements to confirm compliance with terms.
• Ensuring all dealings are conducted ethically and transparently.

• Basic proficiency in using the Internet, Windows, and MS Office
