Real Estate Agent – Join Our Growing Team
TEKCE is seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join its growing and dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a trusted intermediary between sellers and buyers, playing a key role in the property marketing and acquisition process. Your primary responsibility will be to guide buyers toward the most suitable properties while securing optimal pricing under favorable and reliable conditions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accompanying clients during property viewing tours,
• Providing professional advice on the suitability and value of properties,
• Presenting purchase offers to prospective buyers,
• Assessing clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend appropriate solutions,
• Advising clients on market conditions, negotiation processes, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
• Preparing and managing required documentation, including contracts,
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market,
• Creating detailed property listings, including location, features, and visual materials,
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are fulfilled,
• Ensuring transparent, ethical, and fair transactions.
Required Background:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Proactive mindset with strong teamwork abilities,
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and results-driven,
• Interest in building a long-term career within the organization,
• Basic proficiency in Internet use, Windows, and MS Office applications,
• Flexibility in working hours,
• Valid driver’s license,
• Fluency in Russian, in addition to an excellent command of English.
