Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor - Job Description
The Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor is responsible for sourcing prime properties at the best locations and prices, negotiating deals in line with company procedures and market conditions, and preparing the portfolio for sale.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Guide sellers on property suitability, value, and market potential
- Recommend offers and campaigns to buyers, ensuring a diverse property portfolio
- Organize property viewings for local and international buyers and actively support the purchase process
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, negotiations, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market
- Ensure fair and transparent agreements between buyers and sellers, bringing properties into the company under the best price guarantee principle
