I had come to Turkey on a short visit without any plans to buy real estate. While looking at properties just for my information, I ended up meeting Onur Arslan. My experience with Onur Arslan was so positive that just because of his excellent personality, extreme kindness, and his ability to instill trust in me, I ended up deciding to buy one of your properties. The transaction is in the process now. A job well done with exceptional service provided by Onur.
I was pleasantly shocked at the level of his effort to make everything simple, easy, and clear for me. He came to pick me up, drove me around, and showed me everything I wanted to see. In addition, he also helped answer all my questions related to legal, property transfer, paperwork, timelines, etc which I had on my mind. I was so impressed by his service & his behavior created a strong trust in me, that I decided to go ahead and buy the property because I was comfortable working with him.
He has a unique & excellent personality which is rare to find in this business. I would like to give my deepest THANKS to him for his wonderful courtesy & patient handling of the situation and for spending so much time guiding me to purchase the property. My experience was a 10/10 with him. I am lucky & happy I came across him and your company. And it gives me great pleasure to do business with your company now.
Please note: if I had not met him, I was not going to or planning to buy a property in Turkey. I am glad I met him & was able to make quick decisions after dealing with his professionalism.
