Chinese Speaking Real Estate Agent

Job Description: A real estate agent is a professional who connects property buyers and sellers, guiding them smoothly through every step of the process. The role includes conducting market analysis, presenting suitable offers, assisting clients in finding their ideal property, and ensuring a successful transaction from start to finish.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide buyers during property viewings and provide a professional, informative experience.
• Advise clients on the value, features, and suitability of the properties they visit.
• Present offers and negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve the best outcomes.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information on the real estate market, negotiation process, pricing, payment methods, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.

Required Background:

• Ability to connect and engage effectively with clients
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork abilities
• Committed to achieving personal and team milestones
• Interested in a stable, long-term role and career progression
• Able to efficiently use digital tools for daily tasks and communication
• Willing to work flexible hours as needed
• Holds a valid driver’s license
• Fluent in Chinese, with excellent command of English
